Oil Rig Job Coaching

1. Program Overview

Oil Rig Job Coaching provides educational and professional development services designed to help individuals prepare for and apply to legitimate offshore and maritime job opportunities.

Our program includes career-readiness assessments, structured coaching modules, e-learning guides, recruiter insights, and access to specialised preparation tools designed to improve offshore job-application outcomes.

Oil Rig Job Coaching is a CPD-based Micro-Skill Training Program built on Continuing Professional Development (CPD) principles aimed at strengthening practical employability skills.

Completion of the program reflects competency in offshore job-application readiness, CV and document preparation, interview preparation, and industry-specific job search planning.

Participants may optionally purchase a CPD-Endorsed Certificate of Completion, issued under the Certified Maritime Academy framework.

Important:
Oil Rig Job Coaching is not SAMSA, not accredited by SAMSA, and not a government-accredited qualification under SAQA, QCTO, or any statutory training authority. Our certification reflects professional development recognition only and does not replace STCW, BOSIET, HUET, or any regulated maritime safety training.

2. Course Access & Delivery

Upon successful purchase, participants will receive:

  • Access to the Oil Rig Job Coaching e-learning platform

  • A personalised readiness report or guidance pack

  • CV templates, recruiter resources, and application tools

  • Up to 30 days of guidance and follow-up support

Delivery typically occurs within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

The program is considered commenced and fulfilled immediately once:

  • Any personalised report has been issued; or

  • Any course access link, login credential, or digital resource has been delivered.

Once delivery occurs, the participant has received the full value of the digital program, and the purchase is deemed complete and non-refundable.

3. Certificate of Completion (Optional)

Participants who complete the micro-course modules may request an optional certificate:

  • Digital Certificate (PDF): R379

Certificates are issued through the Certified Maritime Academy under CPD micro-skill guidelines and include the learner’s name, completion date, and CPD point allocation.

This certificate is for professional development only and does not replace regulated maritime or offshore safety certifications.

4. Refund Policy — Strict Conditions Apply

Oil Rig Job Coaching offers a 100% Money-Back Guarantee as a customer assurance statement.

However, due to the customised nature of the program, refunds are only permitted before any digital materials, personalised reports, access links, or coaching resources have been delivered.

Once any personalised report, e-learning access, or digital resource has been provided, the program is considered delivered in full, and all guarantees become null and void.
No refunds will be issued after delivery.

Refund Conditions:

  • Refund requests must be made in writing within 24 hours of purchase

  • Refunds are only valid before any program materials or access links are delivered

  • No refunds apply after course access or digital delivery

  • No refunds apply for change-of-mind after access

  • No refunds apply for failure to use, complete, or engage with the program

5. Refund Administration Fee

In the event that a refund is approved under the limited conditions above, an administration fee of R99 will be deducted from the refund amount.
This fee covers payment gateway costs, processing time, and administrative work undertaken in preparing program access and service incentives.

The administration fee applies to all approved refunds, without exception.

6. Intellectual Property

All program materials, digital content, templates, coaching resources, and proprietary documents are the exclusive intellectual property of Gap Education Media (Pty) Ltd t/a Oil Rig Job Coaching.

Participants may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or share any materials without express written consent.

Unauthorised distribution may result in legal action and immediate termination of program access.

7. Non-Disparagement Clause

By enrolling in the program, participants agree not to publish, post, or communicate any false, misleading, defamatory, or harmful statements about Oil Rig Job Coaching, the Certified Maritime Academy, its staff, partners, or associated brands.

Constructive feedback is welcome through official support channels.

Violation of this clause may result in legal action, removal of access, and forfeiture of any certificates or eligibility for refunds.

8. Disclaimer

Oil Rig Job Coaching is not SAMSA, not a maritime training centre, and does not provide STCW, BOSIET, HUET, or any regulated offshore safety certifications.

We are not a recruitment agency and do not guarantee employment, interviews, or placement with any company.

The program is educational and advisory, focusing on improving job-application readiness and enhancing employability.
Success depends on each participant’s effort, professionalism, and engagement with the tools provided.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
By enrolling, participants confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to all policies outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
